Faraday Future Cuts Nearly 50 Million Warrants and Expands AI Robotics Strategy (FFAI)

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ:FFAI) has canceled a further 5.36 million warrants, bringing the total number eliminated since the end of 2025 to almost 50 million as part of efforts to simplify its capital structure.

The company also revised the terms of a financing agreement signed last July, removing most of the warrants that had been linked to future funding rounds while accelerating the timing of incoming financing proceeds.

Alongside the financing changes, Faraday Future announced a significant expansion of its artificial intelligence and robotics strategy.

The company said it is moving from its previous "Three-in-One" ecosystem model to a new "FF EAI Four-Core Full-Stack AI" ecosystem.

The updated framework consists of four core elements: an EAI Brain, EAI Devices, an Industry Productivity Solutions and Developer Platform, and an EAI Data Factory.

Faraday Future said its Industry Productivity Solutions business will initially target four sectors: education, industrial applications, security and inspection, and other established commercial markets.

The company believes these areas offer attractive opportunities for the deployment of its AI-powered robotics platform.

Management also unveiled a Robotics Practical Deployment Campaign for the third quarter, comprising six separate initiatives aimed at accelerating commercial adoption.

One of the programme's primary objectives is to achieve shipments of 2,000 units during the current financial year.

Faraday Future also plans to launch its FF EAI Robot Productivity Challenge during the third quarter to encourage broader engagement with its technology.

According to the company, six EAI device product lines are now available, providing coverage across most major commercial use cases.

Faraday Future added that it has also made initial progress in developing its EAI Brain platform and a "VLA + World Model."

While outlining its strategic ambitions, Faraday Future reiterated several risks that could affect future performance.

These include its ability to continue operating as a going concern, maintain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirements, meet outstanding financial obligations and compete against larger, better-capitalised robotics companies.
