Pantheon International, Metir, Seraphim Space Investment Trust, Bradda Head Lithium
Pantheon International PLC (LSE:PIN, FRA:PAA0) sold assets, cut its manager list and handed back cash to shareholders in the year to end May as part of its strategic agenda. Its shares rose 37.5%, beating the wider market, and the discount to net asset value has narrowed sharply.
Metir PLC (AIM:MET) has signed a deal to bring its rapid water toxicity testing tech to some of Britain's biggest water companies. It's also close to restarting production of its bacteria-detection kits after fixing a supply issue.
Seraphim Space Investment Trust PLC (LSE:SSIT) has made its first investments from the £137 million it raised in May, backing Pixxel and Zeno Power. Both are existing holdings, one in Earth observation, the other in nuclear-powered batteries.
Bradda Head Lithium Ltd (AIM:BHL) has struck a deal letting a solar developer build on part of its Pennsylvania lease, while it keeps its lithium rights below ground. The company says the setup could even power a future lithium extraction pilot plant.
