Skyward Group CFO Mark Haushill To Retire, Taryn McHarg Named Successor

(RTTNews) - Skyward Specialty Insurance Group, Inc. (SKWD) Thursday revealed that Chief Financial Officer Mark Haushill will retire effective March 31, 2027, after more than a decade of service.

The company said Taryn McHarg, currently CFO of Apollo and Skyward Group Deputy CFO will succeed Haushill upon his retirement.

McHarg has been CFO at Apollo for more than four years and previously held senior finance roles at BUPA and Ernst & Young.

Haushill will remain as Senior Advisor through the end of 2027 to support a smooth transition.

On the Nasdaq, shares of Skyward Group are currently losing 1.99 percent, changing hands at $55.28.
